01 / WHAT KEEPS RETURNING
You may already have invested considerable effort in improving the situation. Some of those improvements may be real. But if the same critical responsibility still returns to you, an important part of the problem may remain unresolved.
Maybe the next step is not another solution.
Maybe it is a more accurate reading of the responsibility you are expected to carry.
These approaches may be valuable. The question is what remains unresolved when personal compensation is still required.
02 / YOUR PERSONAL DECISION
A concise, human-reviewed CPA Coverage Finding that helps you distinguish:
You do not receive a generic leadership score or another list of improvement ideas. You receive an evidence-based first reading of your responsibility situation and a clearer basis for deciding what to do next.
Know what you are carrying, what the structure covers — and what options you really have.
The CPA may reveal overlooked options. It does not guarantee more authority, more freedom or an immediate organisational change. It is not a complete organisational diagnosis or sponsor-ready evidence.
The finding separates evidenced, inferred and not-yet-visible information. Tom retains responsibility for diagnosis and the evidence-dependent next state: Interpares Passage · Revisit / HOLD · No-Fit.
Your organisation may own the operational problem. But the decisions you face, the responsibility you carry and the consequences for your professional position also concern you personally.
The CPA is designed to give you a confidential, evidence-based understanding of your own responsibility situation before you decide what, if anything, should be taken further.
It is a personal responsibility assessment — not an HR appraisal, performance review or organisational audit.
Employer or sponsor involvement is not automatic. Any subsequent disclosure or organisational engagement must follow the applicable confidentiality, consent and data-handling arrangements agreed for the engagement.

STEP 2 · INTERPARES PASSAGE
8 weeks · CHF 2,200 · Separate engagement
Where the CPA finding supports further work, Interpares Passage helps you develop your personal mandate position and test a responsible change in a real decision, boundary or escalation.
The outcome is an Interpares Mandate Boundary Map and an evidenced minimum effect in real action.
Passage is optional and separately commissioned. The CHF 500 CPA fee is credited towards Interpares Passage when Passage begins within 30 days.
03 / THE FREE FIT CHECK
The free, five-question CPA Fit Check takes 3–5 minutes. It helps exposed service leaders and service buyers consider whether a separate, paid CPA may be the right next step. Tom Kostrzewa confirms CPA fit personally before an assessment is booked.
Pressure where mandate, service boundaries, decision rights and accountability no longer move together.
Not an AI maturity test, leadership score, organisational diagnosis or automated acceptance into CPA.
Orientation, a Centurio Briefing, personal CPA-fit confirmation or no action—depending on the situation.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
It is a short, non-diagnostic decision aid that helps you consider whether the Centurio Passage Assessment may be an appropriate next step.
It is for service leaders and service buyers carrying decisions, approvals, escalations or consequences where formal structure may no longer provide equivalent support.
No. The Fit Check focuses on responsibility exposure under AI visibility and related organisational pressure—not on tools, readiness or maturity.
Your suitable route may be orientation, a Centurio Briefing, a request for personal CPA-fit confirmation or no action. Tom confirms CPA fit personally before an assessment is booked.
The CPA is designed for executives who want a confidential, evidence-based understanding of their own responsibility situation and available options. It is commissioned as a separate personal assessment, not as an automatic HR review or organisational programme. The fee is CHF 500 for a 60-minute remote assessment and its human-reviewed CPA Coverage Finding. Confidentiality and disclosure are governed by the applicable agreed terms.
04 / THE STRUCTURAL QUESTION
Responsibility Exposure arises when a person becomes accountable for service impact that is not equally covered by mandate, service definition, decision rights and structural support.
It becomes more visible when responsibility grows faster than the mandate, decision rights, service boundaries or structural coverage supporting it. Repeated decisions, approvals, escalations, exceptions, service failures, personal workarounds or denser evidence requirements may make that relationship recognisable. One indicator alone is not a diagnosis.

05 / THE VISIBILITY CONTEXT
AI is not automatically the problem. AI, automation, vendor change, digitalisation, reorganisation and rising auditability can make contributions, decisions and consequences more attributable before supporting structure catches up.
The structural question is whether decisions, explanations, exceptions or accountability now land differently while mandate, decision rights, service boundaries and structural coverage remain unclear or lag behind.
